The useful number is the output from one USB-C connection your laptop can actually use. The other number worth checking is weight: in this group, getting from 65W to 100W adds 164 g, while the 140W option weighs about the same as the 100W bank.

Power bank One-port USB-C ceiling Weight The short version
Anker Power Bank 20K 65W about 431 g The lightest of these three; a sensible fit when 65W covers the laptop. Specifications
Anker Laptop Power Bank 25K 100W 595 g The real step up for a laptop that needs more than 65W. Its 165W total is shared across connections. Specifications Power allocation
Anker Prime Power Bank 26K 140W about 600 g Adds little carry weight over the 25K, but the extra 40W is wasted on a laptop that cannot use it. Specifications

The 100W step has a visible carry cost

At 431 g, the 20K bank is the better fit when the laptop is rated for 65W or less. The 25K model weighs 595 g: 164 g more for up to 100W from one USB-C connection, 90Wh of rated capacity, and two built-in USB-C cables. That is a worthwhile increase only when the laptop or the added reserve justifies carrying it. Specifications

The 26K Prime is about 600 g, just a few grams above the 25K model in the cited figures. Its ports can each reach 140W with a compatible device and 5A cable, but the 300W total is shared. Unless the laptop supports that input or a second demanding device needs power, this is overkill. Macworld’s reviewer charged a 14-inch M2 Pro MacBook Pro once and reported 33% remaining; the review described the bank as better suited to a backpack than a pocket. The laptop has to support USB-C charging and the input level you are paying to carry. For the attached-lead trade-off, see power banks with built-in cables; for a plain-language explanation of the wattage levels, see 65W vs 100W vs 140W.
